Chengdu International Finance Square (Chengdu IFS or Chengdu IFS) is an urban complex built by Wharf Holdings on Hongxing Road, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China. The complex was modeled after Hong Kong's Harbour City and is currently the tallest skyscraper in Chengdu and a landmark building in the city. It has a total area of ​​760,000 square meters and cost RMB 17 billion to build. The shopping mall opened in 2014, three office buildings opened between 2013 and 2015, the hotel opened in 2015, and the serviced apartment opened at the end of 2016.
